The machine tool features a mechanical spindle with precise dynamic balancing calibration, delivering excellent rotational accuracy, stability, and strong vibration resistance. The spindle employs a specialized precision high-speed angular contact ball bearing combined with cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring superior rigidity and rotational speeds up to 4500 rpm.

T7Y數(shù)控車床采用整體式30°斜床身結(jié)構(gòu),采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵多次時效,保證基礎(chǔ)件抗變形、抗振能力;Z軸導(dǎo)軌大跨距設(shè)計,提高床鞍抗偏擺能力;床鞍和滑板與絲桿螺母座一體化設(shè)計,減少連接環(huán)節(jié),進一步增強移置部件的受力和抗振性能;這一系列的針對性設(shè)計使機床具有遠(yuǎn)超市場上同級別機型的良好抗振性、精度及長久使用的穩(wěn)定性。
The T7Y CNC lathe features an integral 30-degree inclined bed structure, manufactured from high-quality cast iron with multiple aging treatments to ensure robust deformation and vibration resistance in its fundamental components. The Z-axis guide rail employs a large-span design, enhancing the lathe saddle's resistance to lateral movement. The integrated design of the lathe saddle, slide plate, and lead screw nut seat reduces connection points, further improving the load-bearing capacity and vibration resistance of moving parts. These targeted design features endow the machine tool with superior vibration resistance, precision, and long-term operational stability that significantly outperform comparable models on the market.

The T7Y lathe center features an orthogonal Y-axis (hard rail) with a twelve-station power tool turret, servo-driven tool rotation, and gear disk positioning, offering rapid tool change speed and precise positioning to meet the turning requirements of most market components.

X、Z軸導(dǎo)軌采用精密級直線滾柱形滾動導(dǎo)軌,Y軸采用硬軌形式,抗振性好,承載力強。三軸進給軸均采用高剛性滾珠絲杠,在保證進給精度的同時提供極高的絲桿剛性。
The X and Z axes employ precision-grade linear roller guides, while the Y axis utilizes a rigid rail design with excellent vibration resistance and high load-bearing capacity. All three feed axes feature high-rigidity ball screws, ensuring both feed accuracy and exceptional screw rigidity.
