機(jī)床采用機(jī)械式主軸并經(jīng)過精確的動(dòng)平衡校正，具有良好的回轉(zhuǎn)精度和穩(wěn)定性，抗振性強(qiáng)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置C軸，分度精度達(dá)到0.001°,主軸采用精密高速角接觸球軸承+圓柱滾子軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，具有良好的剛性和高達(dá)5000r/min的轉(zhuǎn)速。
The machine tool features a mechanical spindle with precise dynamic balancing calibration, delivering excellent rotational accuracy, stability, and strong vibration resistance. It is standardly equipped with a C-axis offering a indexing accuracy of 0.001. The spindle employs a precision high-speed angular contact ball bearing combined with cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring superior rigidity and operating speeds up to 5000 rpm.

J42Y/J42AY車削中心采用整體式30°斜床身結(jié)構(gòu)，平床鞍，整體式立柱，均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，經(jīng)過多次時(shí)效處理，通過優(yōu)化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工藝方法使機(jī)床具有良好的剛性、抗振性和精度。
The J42Y/J42AY lathe center features an integrated 30-degree inclined bed structure, a flat bed saddle, and an integrated column, all constructed from high-quality cast iron and subjected to multiple aging treatments. Through optimized structural design and manufacturing processes, the machine tool exhibits excellent rigidity, vibration resistance, and precision.

J42Y/J42AY車削中心采用八工位液壓刀塔，四+四聯(lián)動(dòng)力頭，多種裝夾刀具共計(jì)16個(gè)刀位，最多可擴(kuò)至20個(gè)刀位，滿足市場(chǎng)大多數(shù)零件加工需求，一次裝夾可完成零件除翻面以外的其余復(fù)雜面加工，極大的提高加工效率和零件質(zhì)量。
The J42Y/J42AY lathe center features an eight-station hydraulic tool post, a four-plus-four combined power head, and a total of 16 tool positions with various clamping tools, expandable up to 20 positions. This configuration meets the machining requirements of most market components, enabling the completion of all complex surface operations (excluding face reversal) in a single setup, significantly enhancing processing efficiency and part quality.
