T20系列精密縱切自動(dòng)車(chē)床系列機(jī)床具有高精密、高速的通用性能，同時(shí)刀具排布采用兩軸控制橫排刀式刀架排布結(jié)構(gòu)，刀架部分采用獨(dú)特的高剛性設(shè)計(jì)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)大吃刀量的高剛性加工。該系列機(jī)床的Z軸行程可達(dá)245mm,較長(zhǎng)工件可減少送料次數(shù)，提高加工效率。對(duì)于絕大部分長(zhǎng)度在245mm 以?xún)?nèi)的零件，可以一次送料完成零件全長(zhǎng)度的加工。
該系列機(jī)床標(biāo)配高速精密同步回轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)套，工件端面孔系加工功能，工件側(cè)面鉆孔、攻絲、銑扁加工功能的動(dòng)力刀具功能模塊，也可選配工件端面鉆孔、攻絲、銑槽、偏心孔加工功能的動(dòng)力刀具功能模塊，超長(zhǎng)行程的Y軸可根據(jù)客戶(hù)需要靈活定制多種刀具功能組合。配置自動(dòng)送料機(jī)，自動(dòng)接料裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)連續(xù)加工高精度、多批量、外形復(fù)雜的軸類(lèi)零件的精密復(fù)合加工。
The T20 series precision longitudinal-cutting automatic lathes feature high precision and high-speed versatility. Their tool arrangement employs a two-axis-controlled transverse tool post configuration, with the tool posts designed with unique high-rigidity construction to enable high-rigidity machining with large cutting depths. The Z-axis stroke of these machines reaches up to 245 mm, reducing feed cycles for longer workpieces and improving machining efficiency. For most parts with lengths under 245 mm, the entire length can be machined in a single feed operation.
This series of machine tools is standardly equipped with high-speed precision synchronous rotary guide sleeves, end face machining capabilities for workpieces, and power tool modules enabling side drilling, tapping, and milling operations. Optional power tool modules also support end face drilling, tapping, slot milling, and eccentric hole machining. The ultra-long stroke Y-axis allows flexible customization of various tool function combinations according to customer requirements. The system incorporates an automatic feeding unit and material receiving device, enabling automated continuous precision compound machining of high-precision, multi-batch, and complex-shaped shaft components.
